LATE POLICY

Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment. Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. We ask our first time clients to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. You may also complete the Health History Form in advance. To download and print the form please go HERE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect your time, and kindly ask that the time of our therapists be appreciated as well.

For treatments booked “At Our Location”, we request that clients cancel their appointments 24 hours prior to their treatments, in order for us to re-schedule their treatment without any penalty. Otherwise the cost of the treatment will be charged at the full rate.

Please keep in mind that insurance providers will not cover an appointment that has been canceled late. If you do not show to your appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours we will NOT be able to bill your insurance, as the treatment was not received.
