LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment. Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee.

New and returning clients are responsible to arrive 10 minutes early to all of their appointments in order to complete the necessary forms, obtain the necessary information, and to be able to provide a more complete service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

My Treatment Space requests that clients cancel their appointments at least 24 hours prior to their treatments, in order to re-schedule their treatment without any penalty. Otherwise the cost of the treatment will be charged at the full rate.

Please keep in mind that insurance providers will not cover an appointment that has been canceled late. If you are unable to show to your appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours My Treatment Space will NOT be able to bill your insurance, as the treatment was not received.
