LATE POLICY

Clients are responsible for the time they reserve for their appointment. Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. We ask our first time clients to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. You may also complete the Health History Form in advance. To download and print the form please go HERE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect your time, and kindly ask that the time of our therapists be appreciated as well.

For treatments booked “At Our Location” or “At Your Home”, we request that clients cancel their appointments 24 hours prior to their treatments, in order for us to re-schedule their treatment without any penalty. Otherwise the cost of the treatment will be charged at the full rate.

When a client is charged the full rate of a treatment due to a late cancellation, we will be happy to add 15 minutes extra onto the client’s next treatment at no charge.

For treatments “At Your Work” and or “At Your Event” we request that clients cancel 48 hours prior to the date booked, in order to re-schedule without any penalty. For cancellations made within the 48 hours, the full amount for services will be charged.
